The Multi Mill is useful for various purposes like granulation, shredding, pulverization etc. The unit consists of vertically mounted 3 HP motor which drives the motor shaft through bearing housing. The rotor has 12 Nos. swinging type knife blades and 2 Nos. scrapper blades. The- screen of suitable mesh is mounted outside the rotor and material is fed from S.S. Hopper. All the contact parts are made out of S.S. 304/316q. The unit is mounted on suitable M.S. Stand with castor-wheels and is provided with DOL starter, reversible switch and five numbers of Stainless Steel screens. (Size of Screens to be specified while placing the order).

Coating Pans are made out of stainless steel and are fitted on a drive arrangement having suitable oil filled worm gear box and motor. The unit is also equipped with suitable hot air blower driven by means of suitable motor with digital Thermostatic Control. The whole unit will be claddcd with S.S. including flexible pipe of Blower is also made out of stainless steel. No painted parts visible as per GMP Std.

(A) ELECTRICALLY HEATED ; The unit is electrically heated with 'ESCORTS' U tube heaters and provided with thermostatic control dial thermometer.
[B] STEAM HEATED : By means of Steam Radiators (M.S. Hot Dipped Galvanized). The unit is without temperature controller, steam fittings valves etc.

Complete with stainless steel drum of 620mm dia x 650mm height made out of 304 quality 16 gauge stainless steel. The drum is complete with air tight lid with quick closing and opening clamps. The unit is driven by 1 HP, 1440 RPM Motor through 1 3/4" gear box.

It is useful where it is difficult to dry materials and is easily dried at low temperature efficiently under vacuum blanket. Caking and crusting of the materials are avoided due to the tumbling action. RCVD is not merely an efficient and reliable dryer, but also a unique system which -besides supplying a perfectly dry product of particles less than one millimeter in size directly from damp powders through filtration or centrifugation - offers many other appreciable advantages.
