Suitable for mechanical mixing of ointments, dry powder or wet hard mass, etc. The unit is provided with S.S. Bowl or suitable capacity with S.S. slow speed mixing stirrer/beater haviny twin speed (i.e. the stirrer shaft will be moving on it's axis as well as it will be rotating round the bowl for giving efficient mixing). The bowl is provided with castor wheels for easy handling.The unit is supplied with all S.S. 304 q. contact parts, having 2 sets of different speeds and is driven by means of suitable horse-powered, 3 phase A.C. operated electric motor through an oil filled worm gear box.The unit is easily cieanable.

(A) [i] Suitable to fill ointment or cream in the range of 0 gms. to 90 gms. , per stroke. The unit is hand operated. The unit is supplied complete with S.S. Hopper made out of S.S. 304 q. 16 g. having 15 ltrs. capacity complete with lid and 3 Nos. of Standard Nozzles.
[ii] Same as above but suitable to fill 10 gms. to 150 gms.
[iii] Extra for GMP Standard i.e. outside body is also made out of S.S.
(B)Same as above item No.( A[i]) i.e. 5gms. to 9 gms. but motorized model driven by means of 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM, 3 Ph., 50 Cycles A.C. Operated Motor through a suitable oil filled worm gear box. The whole unit is covered with M.S. with S.S. top.
(c) Same as above item No.( A[ii]) i.e. 10gms. to 150 gms.
(D)Extra for GMP Standard i.e. outside body is also made out of S.S.
